Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@preowntech.co.za. Our customer support team will guide you through the process. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution.

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, return the item following our return process. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
